What is it about this time of year that just makes it so hard to get motivated? The cold is back and my energy levels are dropping with the mercury. I should be getting my butt on the recumbant bike, but no… the exercise equipment is just sitting there, empty. At least my eating habits aren’t suffering. I’ve recovered from CarbFest 2007 (that would be all the holiday cooking), but I know I need to exercise more. I feel like I’ve dropped as much “easy” weight as I’m going to, and by that I mean I don’t think I’m going to lose much more by calorie counting alone. I just need someone to kick my rear into gear, I guess!
