My Plans for CVS

I swear CVS is like an addiction! I just love putting together deal scenarios based on my coupons and the sales in the flyer. I wonder if they have something like drug rehabilitation for CVS shoppers, LOL! Anyway, I plan on going tomorrow night and here’s what I’m looking at purchasing:

1 Venus Embrace razor $9.99 ($6.00 ECB)
1 Gillette Fusion razor $9.99 ($6.00 ECB)
1 Colgate toothpaste $2.99 ($2.99 ECB)
1 Crest Pro-Health $3.49 ($3.49 ECB)
1 Glade Wisp $9.99 ($2.00 ECB)
1 Gilette Mach 3 $7.99 ($5.00 ECB)
2 Oral B Cross Action $9.98 ($9.98 ECB)

SubTotal $54.41

Coupons
1 Colgate toothpaste ($1.00)
1 Venus Embrace razor ($4.00)
1 Gillette Fusion razor ($4.00 )
1 Crest Pro-Health ($1.00)
1 Glade Wisp ($5.00)
1 Gilette Mach 3 ($3.00)
1 Oral B Cross Action (B1G1) ($4.99)

CVS $/$$ or CRT ($5.00)
Total Coupons $(27.99)
Total after Cpns $26.43
Pay with ECBs $5.98
GRAND TOTAL OOP $20.44
Total ECBs Back: $35.46
GAIN ($9.03) ECBs

Plus, I have a rebate form for the OralB Cross Action toothbrush. I’m not sure if it will work because I think it’s Drugstore.com rebate, and I’m purchasing it at CVS, but I figure what the heck — I’ll see what happens. I could probably save a little more if I split this up into a couple transactions since I have a few other $5/$15 coupons printed, but this is a hectic week so one trip will have to suffice. I’m still coming out ahead and the coupons are good through the end of the month. There are also more monthly deals I can do (for example, this will only be the 3rd free toothpaste out of the 5 I’m allowed on my card), and I’m curious about the LypSyl as well, but I like to spread those out during the month, just in case I get other CVS coupons. They are good to fill in. Anyway, if you were looking for a deal idea for the week, there’s one for you. Now let’s just hope I can find everything!
