Week’s Eats

It’s that time again! I’m trying to use mostly things I already have in the freezer and pantry because I want to avoid grocery shopping this week, but as always, the menu is highly subject to change!

Sunday: Burgers & fries
Monday: Asian beef & noodles
Tuesday: Southwestern Chicken Salad
Wednesday: Grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup
Thursday: Sandwiches? Jake has an afterschool program AND tee-ball, so it has to be grab & go
Friday: Curried ginger-lime chicken, rice, some kind of vegetable
Saturday: Pizza & salad

  1. I’m curious about the Southwestern chicken salad. Care to share that recipe with me, maybe? I love chicken salad. Especially on croissants. 🙂 Looks like a good menu for the week!

  2. I hope your chicken is better-cooked than my version! I know at least one meal on my plan that you will not be making… LAMB. Asian beef & noodles sounds yummy.
