So, Sunday there’s an open house. Anyone willing to guess how many people will show up? The weather is supposed to be partly cloudy with a high of 81. (The last time we had an open house, with our previous realtor, there was that freak April snowstorm). I’m going to say… 1 nosy neighbor and one actual househunter. And that, my friends, is going out on a limb.
