When I was really keeping up with SparkPeople earlier this year I was doing so well with my weight loss! Now, I really don’t have a ton to lose, but enough. At any rate, back in April I got down to 147-148, and now I’m back up into the low 150s and just haven’t been feeling the healthiest, so it’s back to square one. (Though I was up to 160 in January, so at least I haven’t gone up that high — I’m wavering between 151 and 153.) Drew is feeling the same way, and it’s so much easier to do this together and keep each other motivated. I’m hoping I can get down to 140 by my birthday (October 26). I think that would be the best present that I could give myself!
