We eat a lot of nuts in this house, so this is perfect. I see that Nuttyguys.com sells Brazil nuts that have gotten rave reviews. I’ve been taking selenium supplements for my Hashimoto’s, but Brazil nuts are a much better source of this mineral. Just one a day will do it, so those are going on my list. The wasabi cashews sound really good, too!

I love, love, love using mineral makeup, but it can be pretty expensive. However, there is a great deal today on Eversave Worcester — get a voucher for $32 worth of of natural beauty and skin care products from Smoky Mountain Minerals for $16! Plus, new subscribers to their e-mail get a $2 credit AND there is a $3 coupon code for Facebook fans today, bringing the price down to $11! There are so many online deal sites right now, and I’ve stumbled upon yet another one called No More Rack. This seems more like a Rue La La type of site, though not necessarily as high-end. There are eight different deals every day, and the discounts seem pretty good.

Right now they are offering new customers a $10 credit. Apparently the credit only applies to purchases of $20 or more, but that still makes for some good deals. Shipping is $2 per item.
